I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I’ve felt awkward at some other places I’ve visited when I’ve tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They’ve never left me waiting. Not only was I able to watch TV during my dental procedure, they had a ton of magazines for me to look through as well. I barely even noticed that my dental procedure was going on because I was fully entertained the entire time. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I’ve been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. – Robert
Emergency!! It was 7 p.m. and dinner time. We were scheduled to leave the next morning to begin a 3-week African Safari. Oh no – I felt something hard in my mouth – it was my filling which came out! I needed a dentist immediately! Having moved here a few years before, I had kept my Bay Area Dentist – so what to do? I remembered seeing the Jackson Creek Dental Group as I traveled on Highway 49. I placed a call and within 15 minutes received a return call from Dr. Simpson who listened to my panic stricken voice and within the hour I was sitting in his dental chair getting a temporary crown. By 9 p.m. I was back home and the next day on my way to my African Safari!! I’m now a very happy patient, as is my husband, with Dr. Simpson. I highly recommend the Jackson Creek Dental Group! – D

They go from general fillings (white of course) to bleaching, veneers, root canals, crowns, implants for missing teeth, braces and more…. The list goes on and on. This is an up to date, cutting edge office. These doctors practice the best. Nothing is too small or large for this group to do. The can completely make over a mouth. They give pain free shots too. This is a wonderful Dentist (Dr. Simpson). He is knowledgeable, nice, kind, perfectionist with his work and cute too. He has a great assistant Jen. Together they work to make your experience a great one. They make sure that you are comfortable and will even get you an ipod or movie while you’re in the chair. They will provide you with the greatest care. They are very good with children too. I have seen great things happen in his chair.
